Bookings are subject to availability. To ensure we provide the best customer experience a minimum of 25 players are required for a game day. We recommend you contact us as early as possible. Our Sales Team are available to assist you during office hours (9.00-5.00 Mon-Fri) on 0800 328 4112.
A deposit of £10 per person is required to secure a place at least 14 days before an activity day and if you are taking advantage of one of our packages we will require the balance 7 days prior to the event . Full payment will be required for bookings taken within 7 days of the activity day. Booking confirmations are sent via email, if you do not receive this please let us know. Once received please check the details and contact us immediately should anything be incorrect.
If you are planning a group activity day, we can hold a provisionally booking for a period of up to 1 month, but we will require a £10 deposit per person to secure the booking within that time or at least 14 days prior to event. If you are taking advantage of one of our inclusive packages the balance will be due 7 days prior to the Activity day. Interest Forms can be downloaded from our website for you to display and gain interested parties and collect deposits. Pizzas can be ordered in if pre booked or you are more than welcome to bring in packed lunches to eat in our undercover seating area. For groups of 25+ we can offer private games, subject to availability.
Group Incentive – For every 15 people we can give 1 free place. For more details on how to make the best savings please ask our Sales Team.

Vehicle Access - our Bournemouth Site can accommodate coaches. - Our Alton Site can accommodate minibuses, or alternatively there is a slip road close by to drop off/collect players.
Our Public Liability Insurance and Risk Assessment is available on request.
Provisional bookings can be held for up to 1 month, but we would require a £10 per person security deposit within that time or at least 14 days prior to Activity Day, with balance 7 days before the day if purchasing inclusive packages.
|5. PROCEDURE FOR PAINTBALL
Paintball is an exciting activity for all ages that encourages teamwork whilst bringing the excitement of video games to life. Players will be split into two even teams by our trained staff, who will oversee their safety on the field. The fields will have different objectives and features, with each team starting from the opposite end. Each field will be played twice and the teams will reverse their respective roles. The rules for each game will be explained fully by our staff, who are always on hand to answer any questions and dispense useful tips where needed. Games will run until the set time has elapsed, or if the objective has been met. For additional safety and peace of mind, there will always be a qualified first aider on site to provide care if needed.
Morning and All Day Games – Please book in at *9am
Afternoon Games – Please book in at *1pm
*Disclaimers need to be completed before games start – these are available at the Site, or can be downloaded from our website and completed beforehand. All equipment is allocated and a Health & Safety Briefing will take place prior to the start of the games.
Players booking in later than set times may miss some games.
|7. WHAT WILL BE PROVIDED AS STANDARD?
All players will be provided with a semi automatic Inferno Paintball Marker, battle pack, full face mask, body armour, paintball hopper, camouflage coveralls, complimentary tea/coffee. 6 games are played for ½ days and 12 games for a Full day.
Sensible footwear is a must - walking boots are ideal or other sturdy shoes – please NO WELLINGTON BOOTS, OPEN TOED OR LOOSE FITTING SHOES. You are running across uneven ground – Woodland. Old clothing is advised, with enough layers for those cold mornings. We do not provide gloves with your equipment but you can purchase them from the shop.
All our packages are the same except for the number of paintballs included. The larger the packages the cheaper the paintballs become.
We can also include Pizzas in a full day packages or you can pre order in the morning of the Activity. This is optional and you are more than welcome to bring packed lunches and use our undercover seating area. CLICK HERE FOR A LINK TO OUR PRICES
Smoke and paint grenades are available on the day (for Ages 18+) price range from £4 each or 3 for £10
Should you prefer to purchase the standard entry package which includes your first 100 paintballs, extra paintballs will be available to purchase at our Site Shop at £7.00 per 100.
For groups you may prefer to use this method and buy a bulk box of 2000 between you @ £120 which equates to £6 per 100.
Our Site Shop sells snacks; choc bars/canned drinks etc. Pizzas are included in all day packages or can be purchased separately.
If afternoon players require a pizza prior to playing they will need to order and pay prior to day and arrive half an hour earlier.
|10. HOW MANY PAINTBALLS WILL I NEED ?
We recommend 300+ for half a day (6 games) and 500+ for a full day (12 games). However, usage depends on how trigger-happy you are – extra balls can be purchased between games on site.
Once paintballs or pyrotechnics are purchased on site they are the property and responsibility of the purchaser and no refunds will be given for damaged items or any of the said items not being used on the game day.
ONLY pyrotechnics or paintballs issued by Powerball Outdoor Activities Ltd are permitted on our sites, any breach of this rule will result in immediate expulsion. Our insurance covers all those attending our activity days and use of products supplied only by ourselves any breach of this condition will result in non-validity of the policy covering yourself/s or those affected by you.
Our minimum age is 11 years with the signed consent by a Parent or Guardian – Consent Forms are available from ourselves or may be printed direct from our website for completion beforehand : CLICK HERE FOR OUR DOWNLOAD PAGE. All young players need to be made aware they need to comply with game rules. The marshals will give a safety briefing before play starts and will stop play if rules are not adhered to.
We can arrange games specifically for younger players, depending on demand. We need a minimum of 25 players to run a game.
Adults do not have to play with the younger players – if dropping young players off, please ensure they are checked in before leaving and if you wish you can get tea or coffee and stay in our Safe Zone. We also have a viewing gallery for some fields. Fully trained Marshals run the games and ensure fair play and players are evenly divided to play against each other.
|13. CAN I BRING MY OWN MARKER OR USE MY OWN EQUIPMENT?
If you have your own equipment, you will usually be allowed to use it. Please mention this to the marshals upon arrival at the site so that they can check if it is suitable before the activity begins. Please note however, you will not be allowed to use any paintballs or pyrotechnics not purchased at our site. This is purely for safety reasons.
|14. IF I TURN UP LATE, CAN I STILL PLAY?
Obviously, to get maximum enjoyment out of your day, you should endeavour to get to the site as early as possible. If you are using one of our promotions late players will forfeit the free 100 balls. However you will be allowed to join in the day’s activities at the next convenient point, following a safety briefing.
|14. HOW MANY PEOPLE DO I NEED TO PLAY?
If we already have a game running on a day then there is no minimum number of players you need to bring as we will include you with other groups. For any day to run we need a minimum of 25 players.
